How we respond
A real person from the team reads every enquiry and replies. For most projects the next step is a short call to understand the product and the outcome you are after, followed by a scoped proposal. If your question is more of a quick one, for example whether a project is a fit for us, just ask and we will tell you straight.
We also run workshops with the British Library's Business and IP Centre for founders and inventors taking an early idea to market, if that is a more useful next step than the form.
We work with clients across the UK and internationally, both in person and remotely, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential about your product or idea. Early, honest conversations save time later.
