Working with us:
The best approach
for you

Our number one priority is to be an investment. We only work on projects where we believe we really can add value. Typically, our client base can be divided in two categories; those that have an established route to market and those that are embarking on that journey for the first time. The needs for both vary and therefore we tailor our service accordingly.

We are often on production lines in Asia and EU, and put the systems in place to ensure we are delivering quality checked product on time and to cost. We have done this for several companies from furniture through to IOT interactive vending machines. We have manufactured product for multinational companies that require special one off products to be made for their customers, typically those that cannot be supported on their current production lines.

You are taking your idea to a new market

The British Library: Hear our seminar

For 5 years now, we have been working with the British Library business and IP centre to deliver workshops and 1 to 1 sessions for start ups and inventors. We have an 88% ‘excellent’ rating for the workshop and have helped many inventors clarify the next steps, saving them time and money and most importantly a plan to take their idea to market. Many of the attendees have succeeded in getting their product to market, and along the way have taken on Dragon’s Den, secured funding via Kickstarter and secured international distribution deals. If you want to learn how to develop your idea, how to protect it, and how to plan it, please visit the British Library website britishlibrary.com or our events page.

Investor pack: Stage 1

You have a concept for a new product, but need help defining it so you can explain it and gauge interest from potential investment. We have a turnkey service that will evaluate the concept using our proven Product Evaluation Pack. If we believe you have a commercially viable concept we can then explore the concept and produce 2D and 3D designs that will help you explain and sell your concept. At the end of this stage you can research and plan your idea more fully, establish its commercial viability and define the product specification and brief more fully.

Investor pack: Stage 2

Before handing over to production, ideally you need to have reassurance that the market is there for your product. We have taken many of our own ideas to new markets globally, and we research and prove the market on Kickstarter or licence the ideas to manufacturers.

To do this we produce:

  • 1. A proof of concept/pre-production prototype.
  • 2. A factory product and tooling costs from a chosen manufacturer.
  • 3. A timeline and plan to deliver production. Armed with this, you can sell your concept to companies, Kickstart your project, or attract private investment.
